Arsene Wenger sure Arsenal's transfer deals are done

Published Add your comment

Arsenal haven’t exactly set records with their transfer proclivity this month, but Arsene Wenger believes they’ve got all the necessary deals done. At least that’s what we’re taking from his most recent press conference, in which he confirmed he doesn’t see himself signing anyone else. Wenger quipped that he wouldn’t turn Lionel Messi away if the Barcelona star turned up at his door, and said he would have liked to have signed one more player, but also confirmed he was 99% sure no more transfers would happen. In that same conference, Wenger also relayed the news that Tomas Rosicky will be out of action for some time after picking up a thigh problem. Rosicky will undergo a scan today to reveal the extent of the damage, with Jack Wilshere also not expected to be back for a while.
