The 23-year-old furthered the notion on Monday night as he helped the Cavs to a 111-106 overtime win over the Indiana Pacers - scoring six points, and sinking four crucial free throws, in the extra period.
Now, a stat brought to our attention via the NBA Reddit channel has revealed just how clutch Uncle Drew really is.

According to the post, Irving is a perfect 32-of-32 in his career when it comes to shooting overtime free throws.
With games on a knife edge during OT, and free throws already putting the pressure on a player regardless of when they come in a game, it is a fairly remarkable stat for the young PG.
Irving's clutch play will likely be tested throughout the remainder of the season, as the Cavaliers look to become NBA champions.
