Cleveland Cavaliers held players-only meeting after Blatt sacking

Published 2 Comments

Just how the Cleveland Cavaliers responded to the sacking of David Blatt, away from the prying eyes of the media, has been unknown - until now. New rumours suggest that the stars convened for a players-only meeting after hearing the news, one in which they aired various grievances. Yes, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love all took part, with the team finding an agreement that has supposedly lent itself well to the recent positive form - The Cavs have gone 6 for 1 since Tyronn Lue’s appointment. Meanwhile, there’s more bad news for the Phoenix Suns - TJ Warren is out for the season with a broken right foot. The 22-year-old forward won’t feature again this campaign - remember the Suns have only just enforced a change of coach - and that’s hardly going to help matters for interim boss Earl Watson in Phoenix.
