Chelsea rejected £75m bid for Oscar

Published 1 Comments

Unless you’ve been a hermit for the past 24 hours you’ll be all too aware of the rumours suggesting Oscar nearly left Chelsea in a big-money deal late on in the January transfer window. For those who don’t know, numerous reports claim that the very same Chinese club that purchased Ramires - Jiansoo Suning - made an incredible offer worth as much as £75million. They’ve obviously got money to burn, but Roman Abramovich held fast - Oscar, as it looks, remains part of the plans in west London. Meanwhile, Manchester United are talking with former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, or so says Spanish busy body Guillem Balague. In Balague’s words nothing is agreed but the Special One wants the job. Any truth to that? We shall see.
