Published 1 Comments

It turns out dreams can come true - Peyton Manning secured his second Super Bowl ring as the Denver Broncos defied the odds to beat the Carolina Panthers 24-10 last night. Cam Newton struck an inconsolable figure in the post-game press conference - Manning on the other hand, was obviously all smiles. So, Denver pick up their third Super Bowl championship and NFL fans are reminded that seasonal form can count for very little when it comes to the all-important game. Meanwhile, an announcement that somewhat slipped under the radar was Marshawn Lynch’s retirement. The former Seahawks running back has hung up his cleats for good - expressing as much by posting a picture to his Twitter page that literally shows a pair of cleats being hung up. Some legacy he has made.
