They’ve been bitter rivals for the past decade but that doesn’t mean that LeBron James isn’t getting emotional about Kobe Bryant’s impending retirement. The Cleveland Cavaliers star said that every time he watched Bryant’s games now he felt emotional as it’s a last hurrah. The Cavs play the Lakers later this week in what will be Bryant’s final performance at the Q Arena - James also said his fondest memory of Kobe was when the latter handed him a pair of shoes while he was in high school. Now, when it came to the Indiana Pacers there was little emotion on show as they beat the Lakers late on 89-87. It was a close affair last night in Indiana - but even Kobe putting up 19 wasn’t enough to get his side the win.
