Alexis Sanchez has made his demands clear to Arsenal officials ahead of planned contract talks at the end of the season, according to The Sun.
The Chilean has become something of a key player for the Gunners since arriving from Barcelona in 2014 in what represented the second biggest transfer in the club's history. He cost £32m but has since proved to be great value for money.
As a result, Arsene Wenger is determined to tie Sanchez's long-term future down to the Emirates and is willing to offer him a significant pay rise on his £130,000-a-week wages to do so. His current contract is due to expire in 2018 with Arsenal hoping to extend that to 2019.

Sanchez has already made his feelings clear, however, and wants more than just the £160,000-a-week deal that is on the table. Before he signs, he wants assurances over the club's future direction, especially with regards to transfers.
The 27-year-old saw Wenger sit idly by during the summer transfer window while only one low-key signing – Mohamed Elneny from FC Basel – arrived in January. It brings Arsenal's spending for the season to an unimpressive £15m after the arrival of Petr Cech in the summer.

But Sanchez has ambitions to win major trophies with the Gunners and Wenger will need to spend if he is to match Manchester City and United, both of whom are planning huge investment projects this summer.
There is a willingness from both sides to come to an agreement. Sanchez is loving life in London and recently invested millions of pounds into a Kensington flat. He is also thriving in the Premier League and loves the style of Arsenal's play.
Praise from Pirlo
He recently drew praise from Italian legend and all-around football hipster Andrea Pirlo, who praised the forward for repaying the faith Wenger put in him.
Pirlo said: "It is easy not to get the credit you deserve at Barcelona because of [Lionel] Messi, and now Neymar and [Luis] Suarez, but Sanchez has shown at Arsenal how good he is. They have made him the focal point of their attack and he is repaying their faith."
Another big deal
The same report goes on to say that Mesut Ozil is also in talks regarding a £160,000-a-week contract. The club's record signing from Real Madrid originally struggled to make an impact in his first two seasons at Arsenal but is now one of the favourites to scoop the PFA Player of the Year after a stellar 2015/16 campaign.
He has accumulated 16 assists in the Premier League and scored four goals so far, making him the standout creative force in Europe. Ozil will also be looking to extend his deal to 2019.
