According to the Daily Mail, finishing in first place will see Jamie Vardy and co. earn the same bonus as they would by ending the season in 12th place.
The squad will share a pot of £6.5 million if they finish 12th or above. There isn’t an additional bonus for qualifying for Europe or lifting the Premier League trophy.

Even if the board wanted to reward the players for their heroic efforts, they wouldn’t be able to. Premier League clubs aren’t allowed to change their player bonus structures midway through the season.
It’s a clear sign of the low expectations Leicester’s Thai owners had for this season. Provisions weren’t even made for finishing in the Europa League places, let alone winning the league.
The Foxes have captured the nation’s hearts by challenging the league’s big spenders just one season after they came so close to being relegated.
Leicester were bottom of the table after 31 games in 2014-15 and were given odds of 5,000/1 to win the league this season. Yet, when they travel to Arsenal on Sunday, they will do so with a five-point lead over their nearest rivals.

Even if they are not in line for an extra bonus, Leicester’s players will surely profit from their remarkable season.
After all, pipping Arsenal and Manchester City to the title deserves its own film.
