Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted that the summer period will be an important one for him as he goes in search of success at Anfield.
As reported by the Mirror, the charismatic German coach has insisted that there are several things the club need to do at the end of the season.
In fact, Klopp has highlighted transfers and time as two important factors for him ahead of the summer.

Liverpool, of course, have endured a tricky time under the guidance of their new boss - they have failed to climb the Premier League table - but have managed to secure a place in this month's Capital One Cup final.
Clearly, though, with the Reds currently sitting in ninth position in England's elite division, the club are in need of investment in the next transfer window.
In January, Liverpool only managed to sign squad player Steven Caulker in what proved to be a surprise transfer. But Klopp has admitted that, despite the club having money to spend, the club won't get involved in bidding wars.
"Of course, the summer is important and there are several things we need to develop - one is transfers, the other's time,” he said.
“But we showed in the January window we will not be trying to sign players just for the sake of it, and just because we have money. We won't get drawn into a bidding war, because we have a very good squad already.
“It's windy here. It rains and my players train in t-shirts. I stand next to them in four jackets, so I have great admiration for their character,” he said.
Summer really is crucial
Ultimately, the summer really will prove to be a crucial period for all involved on Merseyside. Transfers will be essential, of course, but a full pre-season for Klopp really will help him implement his philosophy at Anfield.
Klopp may well have had a few months in charge of the club, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he has been able to stamp his mark on the squad. Subtle changes have been made, but it will be far easier for him and his coaching staff to present their ideas to the players throughout the summer.
One thing is for sure, Klopp shouldn't be scrutinised too much throughout the course of this campaign. Regardless of how this season ends up, it would have been a clear learning curve for him and he should be better for it.
Klopp will be well aware of the demands of the Premier League and he will know which players he wants in his ranks. His Liverpool side should emerge in 2016/17.
