The NBA All-Star game was one for many fans to remember at the weekend.
It was Kobe Bryant's last ever game and the LA Lakers star went out on a high as his West defeated the East, 196-173 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada.
Many teams and players have paid respect to Bryant throughout his farewell tour, as he is retiring at the end of this season, with video packages and gifts for the five-time NBA Champion, varying from shoes to the hardwood itself from the arena which he has played in. LA Clippers guard Chris Paul is the next player to show respect towards the 18-time NBA All-Star.
On Monday, the nine-time NBA All-Star sent out a Facebook message to Bryant, reflecting on their time playing together in the All-Star game since 2011 when he moved from the New Orleans Pelicans to the Clippers.
The post featured a picture from six of the All-Star games which they have played together, with Paul saying it was an honor and privilege to have played with Bryant during that time, and that it won't be the same without him. A very thoughtful move by the Clippers star.
Chris will have another chance to have one final goodbye with Kobe when the Clippers play the Lakers on the April 5 and 6 later this year in the Hallway Series rivalry.
