Kobe Bryant unfortunately injured his middle finger last night when the LA Lakers lost to the San Antonio Spurs 119-113.

The 37-year-old did return to the game before the final buzzer, as when he injured his finger with just over two minutes left on the clock, he popped it back into place. He led the scoring for the Lakers with 25 points.

Bryant appeared in the press conference after the game with a small bandage on the middle finger on his right hand, and he took advantage and had a little bit of fun with the media.

Bryant was asked how his finger was feeling, as seen in the video below by NBC4 reporter Mario Solis, which he replied: "This is probably the only time I can sit like this at a press conference (presenting his middle finger) and not get fined!"

No, he wasn't being disrespectful or anything like that, he was just having a little bit of fun with the media, and they were enjoying it as well.

The five-time NBA Champion had X-rays on his finger after the game, which came back negative, so hopefully he will be able to play for the Lakers when they clash with the Chicago Bulls later this weekend.
