Harry Redknapp is in talks with Derby over an advisory role until the end of the season, the Sky Bet Championship club have announced.

The former West Ham and Tottenham manager would move to the iPro Stadium to aid rookie boss Darren Wassall.

Head coach Wassall last month replaced the sacked Paul Clement for the rest of the campaign, and has lost three of his seven league games in charge.
