There is a growing concern at Arsenal that star players Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez have yet to sign new deals with the club.
This has been reported by the Mirror, who claim that, despite there being positive signs, both players could reconsider their futures at the club if the Gunners fail to secure a place in next season's Champions League.
After a poor run that has seen the club fall off the pace in the race for the Premier League title, Arsene Wenger's side sit just three points ahead of fifth-placed West Ham United.

With a tricky test against Everton on the horizon, the Gunners could even find themselves outside of the top four after this weekend's round of fixtures.
As well as their struggles in England's elite division, Arsenal have also failed to produce the goods in both the FA Cup and Champions League.

Wenger's side crashed out of the FA Cup at the hands of Watford this past weekend while they face a near impossible task of fighting back from 2-0 down to progress against Barcelona in the Champions League Round of 16.
However, as well as their on-pitch struggles, there appears to be a concern over the futures of Ozil and Sanchez.
German playmaker Ozil, who has been the club's standout star throughout the course of the campaign, is under contract until the summer of 2018.
Sanchez, on the other hand, may well have failed to replicate last season's form but is still recognised as a leading player in north London.
It's clear for all to see that the Gunners must keep their best players as they go in search of long-term success.
But this season has yet again disappointed the club's faithful. Wenger is under increasing pressure to get things right after failing to secure the Premier League title since 2004.
This season appeared to be the club's best chance of ending their wait for league success, but they currently sit as many as 11 points behind table-toppers Leicester City.
In truth, there's no guarantee that they will win the league even if they secure maximum points between now and the end of the campaign.
Securing FA Cup success has just about kept fans content over the last couple of years, but that most definitely won't be happening this term. Fans are losing patience with the current regime.
