Bray Wyatt sent out a cryptic promo on this week's edition of SmackDown.

Bray Wyatt's cryptic SmackDown promo could suggest he'll have big WrestleMania role

Published 3 Comments

Earlier this week, it was revealed that the reason why Bray Wyatt didn't wrestle against Brock Lesnar at Roadblock is because he was suffering from a significant back problem, which could see him miss WrestleMania 32.

However, recent rumors have suggested the leader of The Wyatt Family will also be receiving a huge push after The Showcase of The Immortals. One that could see him feuding against the biggest stars of the company including Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns.

We can further speculate that this push is on the verge of happening, as Wyatt produced a very cryptic promo on this week's SmackDown, which you can watch further down in this article.

He said in the promo titled 'Bray Wyatt's cryptic WrestleMania message': "What would WrestleMania be without Bray Wyatt? What would a beast be without its teeth? What would a reaper be without a soul to take? What would a king be without his crown?

"But I know something you all don't know. Something wicked this way comes. Run. All of you."

So what could his promo mean? Let's start off by thinking about who he could be referring to. The beast is obviously Brock Lesnar, the reaper could very well be The Undertaker, and the king is perhaps Triple H or one which hasn't been crowned yet in Roman Reigns.

WrestleMania interference?

Wyatt has already had his clashes with Lesnar this year at the Royal Rumble and before Roadblock, which felt like it ended without a proper conclusion. Especially after their match at the WWE Network special never took place.

He also had his matches with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31, and when his Wyatt Family took on The Brothers of Destruction at Survivor Series. It's worth noting that The Phenom will be facing The Wyatt Family during the WWE's European tour in April.

As for Triple H, they haven't officially faced one another yet, but sparks did look like they were going to fly when the two had a confrontation on last week's episode of Monday Night Raw. He also had a very long feud with Reigns over the summer months last year, who could become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion if he wins at WrestleMania 32.

Could this promo therefore be a warning to these four men that he is coming for them at WrestleMania?

If he was to interfere in their WrestleMania matches and help their opponents of Dean Ambrose, Shane McMahon, and Reigns/Triple H, could this signify that Wyatt is on the verge of a face turn to align with his push later this year?

He could perhaps be giving out a warning that he will be taking out the competition for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at The Showcase of The Immortals, and then take 'the crown' away from The Big Dog himself.

We also must remember that this cryptic promo could just be cryptical nonsense, just like many of Wyatt's promos in the past have been.
