The WWE fans are gearing up for WrestleMania weekend where we’re in store for three great night of action.

On Friday night, we have Finn Balor and Samoa Joe headlining the NXT TakeOver: Dallas special event. On Sunday night we have Triple H and Roman Reigns battling for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania and then on Monday we witness the best episode of Monday Night Raw all year.

Some fantastic matches have been announced as well for two of the events while the reactions for debuting stars on Raw continues to build excitement as we question which lucky individuals will be joining the main roster.

Once it’s all said and done, which matches will the fans be talking about? Here are the five matches I believe will be the best from WrestleMania weekend.

#5 - CHARLOTTE © VS. SASHA BANKS VS. BECKY LYNCH – WWE DIVA’S CHAMPIONSHIP

This is the sort of Diva’s match the WWE Universe have been asking for, in recent years we’ve had to endure gimmick-filled women’s matches which devalues the entire division. At last, we have three of the finest female talent battling it out for the Diva’s Championship.

The three of them have had their run-ins on, NXT, and if those matches are anything to go by, the fans are in for a big treat. The three of them share amazing chemistry, and it’s clear they all share the same passion for the business.

We should expect to see some great wrestling as the sell-out crowd motivates them to impress on the biggest stage in wrestling. There’s enough faith in them to go out there and put on one of the best women’s matches in recent years and when WrestleMania weekend is done. I believe this match will not only be talked about for a long time, but it will also have future implications for the Diva’s division.

#4 - SAMI ZAYN VS. SHINSUKE NAKAMURA

This is the one feud on the weekend which has had the least amount of build-up, yet still has a lot of fans excited for this clash.

There’s good reason to be excited as well; this could very well be Zayn’s final match on NXT after playing such a big role in helping it evolve while the night also marks the debut of a new superstar in Shinsuke Nakamura.

There’s no denying how good the two of them are inside of the ring and it could almost be considered as a special attraction on the night. Zayn will have a couple of big nights ahead of him as he’s expected to compete at WrestleMania as well, but I feel the match we’ll be talking about is how he fared against the King of Strong Style.

#3 - BAYLEY © VS. ASUKA – NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP

I think the match of the night at TakeOver: Dallas will be the NXT Women’s Championship match between Bayley and Asuka, there’s so much at stake in this, match and it should close the show at the event rather than the rematch between Balor and Joe.

This will be a vital match with the future of the women’s division in the unknown, Bayley is a successful champion and a proven star on the brand and easily one of the most popular. If she wins, then she continues a great reign, but if she loses, NXT could lose their biggest star to the main roster.

On the other hand, it could be the passing of the torch – even though Asuka is well known worldwide – as she hasn’t lost a single match since making her debut on NXT last year. The two of them are incredible in the ring, and the match itself will leave us all talking about it for a very long time, this will steal the show.

#2 - BROCK LESNAR VS. DEAN AMBROSE – STREET FIGHT

Dean Ambrose has done a fantastic job of remaining the top face in the company on a consistent basis; he has the fans behind him, and he’s managing to hold his own against Brock Lesnar, securing a match with the conqueror of the streak is a feat in itself.

Fans of Ambrose will know that this is the sort of match that will bring out the best in him, it’s the type of match that made Jon Moxley a huge name on the independent scene, and if we can see glimpses of Moxley in this match then fans are in for a treat.

A street fight certainly makes it more interesting as it allows Lesnar to be more destructive as well. Losses could harm both men, but victories will be vital also, especially for Ambrose as he’s rumoured to enter the title picture once WrestleMania is over.

There have also been discussions of moving this match into the main event slot, which alone shows you that it needs to be a main event calibre match, if that’s the case then we should expect something memorable to take place. Regardless of what goes down in the match, fans will always talk about the night Ambrose, and Lesnar went at it at the AT&T Stadium in a street fight, expect something brutal.

#1 - SHANE MCMAHON VS. THE UNDERTAKER – HELL IN A CELL

This is the match nobody expected to happen, and now it has so many implications for the future of the company. Fans want Shane McMahon to win, but they also don’t want The Undertaker to lose again at WrestleMania, and it really could go either way.

The fact that it’s a Hell in a Cell match alone brings a sense of excitement. When you put somebody experienced in this match such as The Undertaker, going up against Shane O’Mac who loves to put his body on the line is something you simply cannot top, regardless of any other match taking place on the night.

The following night on Raw will be the vital night, either Shane will be control of Monday Night Raw, or we find out what’s in the lockbox. Every WrestleMania match of The Undertaker is something we are left talking about, regardless of the opponent so we should expect more of the same this time.
