After a huge upset win at UFC 196 over the golden boy of the UFC, Nate Diaz shocked the world and changed the complexion of the sport as he took the shine off of Conor McGregor's unbeaten run.
Many fans were left stunned at McGregor's tough loss but still admired him in defeat as they took to social media and other outlets to voice their support.
One of those fans voicing his support was none other than pop sensation Justin Bieber, as he took the time to post a video toasting a glass to McGregor via his Instagram with the caption: "No bandwagon but Conor is a true champion, fights with style and finesse, all the respect to Nate but his style is terrible. Nate has crazy heart respect."

Nate Diaz is typically not the type of person to be disrespected and keep his mouth shut, a mere two days later Mr. Diaz posts a cheeky picture of his own labeling Bieber a "hater" in his response: click here to view - Warning: Explicit Language
A couple days would pass as Nate continued his media arrangements talking on different shows and appearing on all kinds of programs from UFC on Fox to ExtraTV discussing his recent win and even addressing some specific "haters" in the process.

In the interview for ExtraTV, Charissa Thompson asks Diaz "So, Bieber walks up right now you say what to him?" Nate takes a second to respond as he motions with his hand, "SMACK" as the crowd laughs with amusement. Thompson then begins to remark, "Actions do speak louder than words that's for sure" and that statement couldn't be any more true in this case.
Weeks later both parties seemingly settled the conflict with no return jibes on either side, with Justin Bieber taking a break from his current concert tour, and Nate Diaz just happening to be in the neighborhood, they winded up crossed paths at an event not too long ago:
All was well from the Stockton native as he put the notions of any kind of feud to rest as he and Bieber both posted positive pictures showing a resolution to any conflict, Bieber responding to the occurrence with "All love" as he was able to walk away from the altercation slap-free.
With all the drama in the past, Nate Diaz is now looking forward to July and his immediate rematch with "The Notorious".
Although many fight fans are not particularly relishing the prospect of a rematch, there is no doubt that a replay of this fight will only provide more fireworks as the Irishman will walk into the bout with a huge chip on his shoulders looking to avenge his loss and make it a must-watch fight no matter the outcome.
