Many players past and present have picked their ultimate all-time XI but Aaron Ramsey’s team could be the best one yet.
The Arsenal midfielder doesn’t mess around and picks the best players to have graced the world of football in recent years - although there is maybe a bit of bias with one current Arsenal player being included and one former player.
But it’s hard to argue with the Welshman - who picks a 4-3-3 formation.

Obviously, at the tender age of 25, Ramsey doesn’t select the likes of Diego Maradona or Pele as he was simply too young to watch them in their prime.
He, unsurprisingly, leaves himself out with his two FA Cups incomparable to the accolades achieved by the players in his dream XI.

But, the midfielder is still hoping to add a Premier League trophy to his personal honours this season. Ramsey is returning to fitness in time for the final run-in as the Gunners trail league leaders Leicester by 11 points - although they do have a game in hand.
Arsene Wenger’s side face tough away trips to West Ham and Manchester City before the end of the season and will have to be faultless if they are to win their first league title since 2004.
Wenger must wish he was able to call upon some of these players this season as Ramsey speaks to the club’s official YouTube channel to select his dream XI.
Check out the video below:
GOALKEEPER: Petr Cech
"He’s been outstanding for us this season and shown what a great goalkeeper he is with the amount of clean sheets that he’s had.”
RIGHT-BACK: Phillip Lahm
“Sensational player who has won many things and every game he seems to do really well.”
CENTRE BACKS: Rio Ferdinand and Fabio Cannavaro
"Two great centre-backs who can get the ball down and play as well from the back and they’ve won many things between them - A World Cup as well - so they’re my centre-back pairing”
LEFT-BACK: Roberto Carlos
"He had a thunderbolt of a strike on him and scored many spectacular goals. So he gets the nod at left-back.”
CENTRE-MIDFIELD: Zinedine Zidane
“World class player. One of my favourite players to watch growing up as a kid. He’s just a legend in the game."
CENTRE-MIDFIELD: Steven Gerrard
“He’s a great player who could do everything. He could tackle, run, score goals, great goals. Just an all-round complete midfielder."
CENTRE-MIDFIELD: Andres Iniesta
“He’s won everything in the game and is still competing at the highest level and still doing unbelievably well. He’s just a really nice player to watch.”
FORWARD: Lionel Messi
"Possibly the greatest player to have played the game. Not a lot more I need to say about him.”
FORWARD: Cristiano Ronaldo
“His record is an absolute joke. The amount of goals that he’s scored and what he’s done in his career is sublime. Another all-time great."
FORWARD: Thierry Henry
Obviously an Arsenal legend who has scored so many goals and has played at the highest level and won so many things.”
Not a bad team, Rambo.
