After an outstanding comeback against Borussia Dortmund in the quarter-finals, Liverpool now have to overcome Villareal in the bid for the Europa League crown.
Emotions will undoubtedly be riding high for all those associated to the Reds after the recent Hillsborough rulings mid-week. A win in their first game since would be a perfect tribute.
Jurgen Klopp has selected his squad for the crucial away leg and has offered one player a chance a redemption for an underwhelming season.

Belgian striker Christian Benteke has been included for the game against the Yellow Submarine. The £32.5 million striker has struggled this year since his move from the now relegated Aston Villa. He has scored on just seven occasions this season, a far cry from last year when he netted 15 times.
Daniel Sturridge is also included but Divock Origi is not, having suffered an injury to his ankle. The young Belgian striker is out for the rest of the season, so Benteke will likely have a few more opportunities to impress the boss.
A good performance in Spain may just be the confidence boost required. With manager Klopp likely to bring in reinforcements over the summer, a good patch of form at the sharp end of the season can only help the 25-year-old.
Not included in the squad is Mamadou Sakho. The Frenchman has not elected to have his B sample tested after he was found to have taken a banned substance. The defender faces a minimum six-month ban as punishment.
Meanwhile, Benteke has already stated his intention to stay and fight for his place at Liverpool next season, but the forward will need to do more if he is to convince the German in charge.
If not, we could well see Benteke elsewhere next season. Even with a dip in form this season, there will surely be many suitors.
