It’s fair to say Lionel Messi knows where the back of the net is.

The superstar has bagged 452 goals in 528 appearances for Barcelona breaking all sorts of goalscoring records.

Most goalkeepers don’t stand a chance when facing Messi but there is one guy that has a better chance than many - a giant inflatable ‘keeper.

As you can see in the video below, the huge shot-stopper takes up almost the entire net leaving very few spaces to put the ball. But if there’s an opportunity to hit the net, Messi is likely to find it.

In his first attempt, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner casually curls the ball into the top corner, out of reach from the large waving hand from the big guy in the goal.

His next effort, Messi goes for the opposite side but with similar success.

For his third attempt, Messi cheekily places the ball through the narrow gap between the legs of the imposing goalie to complete one of his most impressive hat-tricks in his career.

Of course, it’s unknown whether Messi needed just three shots or whether his misses have been cut out. Nonetheless, his three strikes were pretty impressive with the task of beating the inflatable object looking seemingly impossible.

Luis Enrique will be hoping his star man can emulate his sensational finishing in the remaining fixtures. The Catalan club know that if they win their remaining two matches against Espanyol and Granada they will retain the La Liga trophy.

They then face Sevilla in the Copa del Rey final as they aim to complete a domestic double.
