Ashley Cole has put in some impressive shifts in his time, but it's fair to say his latest performance for LA Galaxy wasn't one of them.
The former Arsenal, Chelsea, Roma and England left-back was sent for an early bath for two bookings in remarkably quick succession.
In fact, he somehow managed to be carded twice in 32 seconds.

The incidents begin at 2:27:
Cole was first booked, perhaps a little harshly, for time wasting from a throw-in, before seeing red for a rash challenge on Kansas City's Benny Feilhaber.
LA Galaxy still managed to grab a draw despite losing their defender for the last twenty minutes, but Cole, 35, might want to have a little think about whether his best years might be behind him.
Galaxy hang on
On the bright side, he is no stranger to controversy. His move to Chelsea saw him become embroiled in a tapping-up scandal, and his off-field antics have often attracted plenty of attention. So a 32-second red card shouldn't bother him too much.
The game finished 1-1 thanks to former Tottenham man Giovanni dos Santos' equaliser, but they were up against it, particularly as they were without Dutch centre-back Nigel de Jong, who was himself serving a three-match suspension.
Big names Steven Gerrard and Robbie Keane were also absent from their line-up, so they will be even more pleased to have avoided defeat with ten men.
