Eden Hazard scored a sublime solo effort to put Chelsea 1-0 up against Liverpool at Anfield tonight.

The Belgium international weaved past three opponents before slotting the ball brilliantly past Simon Mignolet from just inside the penalty area. (Scroll down this page to watch Hazard’s goal)

Hazard had to wait until April 23 for his first goals of what has been a hugely underwhelming season for the winger, but he has rediscovered his confidence and goalscoring touch in recent weeks.

The 25-year-old has now scored four goals in his last four appearances for Chelsea, leaving fans wondering where this version of Eden Hazard has been all season.

Hazard got off the mark with two goals against Bournemouth and added another to his tally in the 2-2 draw against Tottenham earlier this month.

While he won’t come close to matches his 19-goal tally from last season, Chelsea fans, staff and Hazard himself will be relieved that he’s producing the goods again following such a long wait.
