Ever since Triple H’s loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 32, he has been decidedly quiet.
Before the loss, The Authority were dominating our screens every week, yet now they appear to have all but disappeared.
Leading into 'Mania, it was clear that Triple H would be feuding with Reigns and Shane McMahon would be fighting for the ownership of Monday Night Raw.

Despite losing his match with The Undertaker, Shane has still had control of recent shows and at WWE Payback, Vince McMahon confirmed that both his son and daughter would be running Raw side-by-side.
In recent weeks, Stephanie McMahon has returned to challenge Shane’s right to control Monday Night Raw, yet there was no mention of the previous ‘Authority’ angle at all.
This has been dubbed the ‘power of raw’ and some might argue that it could be a move by the WWE which seeks to gradually fade the ‘Authority’ angle out of public consciousness, and bring in a new storyline that fans can subscribe to.
However, one strange thing that has yet to be explained is why Triple H has returned to compete in WWE house shows on a regular basis, having not made a return to WWE programming.
It is arguable that a spanner is in the works, and that we may see a return of Triple H in some capacity in order to challenge Shane’s right to control of Monday Night Raw.
Many speculators claim that we may see a future feud between Triple H and Shane for a final decision to be made in terms of who receives control of the show, although considering the silence from Triple H, it might be a sign of bigger things to come.
