Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg crashed on the first lap of the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon.

The two Mercedes drivers span off the track after Rosberg and Hamilton collided on the fourth corner. Fortunately, neither suffered an injury after ended up in the gravel trap.

“It is completely unnecessary and unacceptable for the team,” Lauda was quoted as saying by The Sun. “Lewis was too aggressive in passing, why should Nico give him the room?

“It is a mis-calculation in Lewis’ head, I blame him. For the team it is unacceptable.”
