Aston Villa could pay for their relegation from the Premier League, with the Telegraph reporting that Tottenham Hotspur and a few other top-flight clubs are interested in signing starlet Jack Grealish.
The 20-year-old has had a poor season for Villa, where he only managed to score one goal for the club in 16 league appearances throughout the campaign.
The Solihull born midfielder made his U21 debut while playing against France U21, and proved his credentials once again as one of the top emerging talents in the country. He also played a crucial role in England U21 7-1 route over Guinea.

He was also the reason for tug of war between England's and Republic of Ireland’s football association 12 months ago, but the 20-year-old finally decided that he will play for the Three Lions instead.
According to reports, Premier League duo Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are monitoring the situation of the 20-year-old at Villa Park, whereas Stoke City’s Mark Hughes might also push for the signature of the highly-rated attacking midfielder ahead of the next campaign.
Villa were relegated from the Premier League last month, ending their long-term association with the league and confiding them to Championship football next season, alongside Newcastle United and Norwich City.
The club finished at the bottom of the league table, a whopping 17 points behind 19th place Norwich, and only managed to register three league wins throughout the campaign of 2015/16.
After the drop, club owner Randy Lerner accepted the blame for the poor performance of the team and announced that he will sell the club as soon as he receives a reasonable bid.
A few days after the season came to an end, the club announced in an official statement that Chinese businessman and owner of the Recon Group Dr., Tony Xia completed the takeover of the club in £65 million deal.
However, the deal is currently facing a vigorous investigation from the Football Association (FA).
