Harry Kane has gone from strength to strength since bursting onto the scene during the 2014/15 term.
In his last two seasons, the 22-year-old has scored a remarkable 46 goals in the Premier League and firmly established himself as England’s number one striker.
His meteoric rise was encapsulated last month when he claimed the Golden Boot ahead of Sergio Aguero and Jamie Vardy.

The hopes of a nation now rest on Kane’s young shoulders, with Euro 2016 the perfect opportunity to prove his worth on the international stage.
Such is the expectation of Tottenham’s striker that club legend Jurgen Kilnsmann believes the youngster has the potential to become as good as Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
He said, per The Sun: “I adore Harry Kane. I love him.
“I really like the way he has developed over the last few years, looking at it from the outside, I have constantly said to people that it is really nice to see the younger players stay grounded, staying normal.
“To have Champions League football for Harry is very important for his development as a player. That is a huge challenge as is playing in the Euros this summer.
"It’s a big leap forward but it’s fantastic for him to have the opportunity to show what he can do.
“Of course there are fantastic strikers at a tournament like the Euros. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Cristiano Ronaldo and the others. Can he be as good as them? Yeah, only time will tell.”
It’s worth taking Klinsmann’s prediction with a pinch of salt given the quality of Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic, but if Kane’s goalscoring exploits over the past two years are anything to go by, there’s little doubt he can achieve world-class status.
