WWE announced this week that former World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will be allowed to compete at UFC 200 despite still being under contract with WWE.
This has created speculation that either Brock Lesnar already had a clause in his contract when he resigned for WWE back in 2012 or WWE stand to gain something by allowing UFC to take one of their biggest draws back to the Octagon for one more match.
The one thing that WWE wanted and UFC wouldn't allow was for Ronda Rousey to compete at WrestleMania 32, after the set up between Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, The Rock and Ronda in California at 31.

ROUSEY TO COMPETE AT WRESTLEMANIA 33?
WWE were missing their "showcase" match at WrestleMania 32 because UFC wouldn't allow Rousey to compete. Whilst the show was considered a huge success, this was still a huge miss and now thanks to Brock deciding to fight for UFC one more time, WWE could have ensured that WrestleMania 33 has that star power.
Ronda doesn't seem attached to her MMA career anymore since she now has a career building in Hollywood and she already stated that she wanted to fight at WrestleMania so there should be nothing standing in her way now.
The only other talking point would be who she would face at WrestleMania if she was to compete, whether WWE would set up the tag match that was seemingly being planned from the start, or whether they would allow the former UFC World Champion to have a one-on-one match.

BROCK'S RETURN TO WWE?
WWE have already stated that Lesnar has been granted this one-off opportunity to compete for UFC but he will be making his return to WWE for this year's SummerSlam the following month.
Brock hasn't been seen in WWE since he defeated Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania 32 so it will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for him when he does return.
Another name that many fans have raised could be Conor McGregor instead of Ronda, the current UFC Featherweight Champion has made it evident that he is a huge fan of WWE and could easily be tempted to appear for the wrestling company.
Brock Lesnar's return to the MMA company has opened doors for WWE and it is hard to believe that Vince McMahon would allow one of his biggest assets to appear for another company without a contingency plan.
