One of those names is former WWE Champion Kurt Angle - who for the many years after leaving the WWE, plied his trade in TNA.
Following his departure from the WWE's biggest rival, Angle has been linked with a return - a rumour that fans have welcomed.
But it looks like those fans may be set for a big disappointment as WWE officials have reportedly confirmed that he won't be returning to the company.
It all began on Monday when Angle alleged that Triple H had contacted him about a possible return - although he admitted that no deal had been struck.
Since then, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com has reportedly had unnamed WWE officials confirm that they will not be bringing Angle back.
The former Olympic athlete left the WWE in 2006 after being released for health reasons and a possible return would be welcomed by the WWE Universe.
A big split ahead
The brand split is set to completely reshape the WWE with even more Pay-Per-Views set to take place to accommodate the extra stories.
The Draft is set to change everything and split everyone up, and it is certainly going to be interesting to see who will become the biggest names on each show?
With the three members of the Shield likely to be divided and at least one new champion to be crowned, the next month will be very interesting for WWE fans.
