Tyson Fury was supposed to be training for a rematch with Wladimir Klitschko, which was scheduled to take place the same day as the Euro 2016 final on July 9.
That was until the self-proclaimed Gipsy King pulled out with an ankle injury, leaving him with nothing much to do than rest and recover.
But that sounds a little too boring for a man with as much money and as much personality as Fury, so he instead headed to France, turned up unannounced in a bar full of England fans and proceeded to cause chaos (in a good way).
In a brief moment, he spent €1000 buying 200 fans Jaeger bombs before leaving without the England shirt he had on when he went in there.
And the best thing? Some videoed it all.
Associated Press report Rob Harris, who has followed England fans, for better or worse, around France, was on the scene. His description in incredible.
Then Fury confirmed his expenditure on his own Twitter account
Fury had told his Twitter following that he was heading to France the previous day so in all honesty we shouldn't be surprised that he just blew four figures on drinks for all his new friends, should we?
More on this story when we get it and by jingo we hope we get more. Lots, lots more.
