Nikki Bella revealed recently, via an Instagram post, that brother-in-law Bryan Danielson, AKA retired WWE superstar Daniel Bryan, has been helping her train as she attempts to overcome a career threatening injury.
Bella has been recovering from surgery to repair a herniated disc in her neck since January this year, having been out of action since November 2015.
She is due to undergo testing in July to ascertain her WWE future.

Throughout her forced absence, Nikki Bella has remained positive about returning to the ring. However, in a twitter Q&A she confirmed that her finishing manoeuvre the Rack Attack would have to be retired.
The move, an Argentine backbreaker drop, has been cited by some sources as having, at least in part, caused the problems which led to Bella requiring surgery.
In the Instagram post Nikki Bella said she had been training with Danielson ahead of the July testing, referring to him as a wrestling genius.
Alongside a picture of herself holding the Diva's title belt Bella noted she had learned a lot of technical detail from training with Danielson, and that he had been helping her come up with a replacement for the Rack Attack. She also said she is looking forward to more training with Danielson once she is cleared for more aggressive training.
Alluding to the fact her medical clearance seems less than a certainty Nikki wrote that it's going to be a tough road but she doesn't want it easy, she wants to overcome what no-one thinks she can.
It's clear from the tone of her post she fully expects to be cleared in July, and is excited by the prospect of re-entering the ring. The post was tagged with variations of her 'Fearless' slogan.
But what will she find when she does. The last time Nikki Bella was seen in a WWE ring was a brief appearance at the end of the ten diva's tag match, to commemorate her sister Brie's retirement, on the WrestleMania 32 pre-show.
On that night the women of WWE ceased to become Diva's and became WWE superstars, and the title changed name, from the Diva's championship to the Women's championship. Nikki appeared in a neck brace and was all smiles as she celebrated with her sister and colleagues.
Sadly, nothing much has changed in the women's division except for the name. But with the brand split looming, and no word yet as to whether the women will feature across both brands or be exclusive to a single one, it is still a vastly changed landscape to the WWE she left behind.
It remains to be seen if Nikki Bella can overcome her injury and regain her status in the WWE women's division, but it's good to know she is getting some truly expert help in her quest.
