The likes of Brock Lesnar and CM Punk had made it quite the honour to work alongside Paul Heyman, and the concept of becoming a Heyman Guy has been tempting in the past, but it looks as if it could soon be returning.
Although Lesnar and Punk enjoyed great success as Heyman Guys, Cesaro, Curtis Axel and Ryback made it feel as if it meant nothing, and it wasn’t as prestigious as it seemed. There’s no denying that Heyman is one of the best talkers in the history of the WWE, and working alongside him today is still an attractive opportunity, and a couple of stars could be receiving that chance.

If this is to take place, it will happen after the WWE draft and once the brand extension is in full effect. Then, it will be clearer which show Heyman will be prominently featured on, and there’s a chance that’s where Lesnar will be making his presence felt also.
It’s a great opportunity for whoever gets the lucky call; I believe it’s important that it’s given to somebody relatively new on the main roster so that Heyman can assist them in making a bigger impact on whichever show they’re on. So, here are the three guys I believe can benefit a lot from becoming a Heyman Guy.

There’s no sugar coating it; Apollo Crews needs as much help as he can get on the main roster. There’s no denying what he can do inside of the ring, but Crews has some areas where he can improve and become the big star he has the potential to be.
The good thing about Heyman is that he isn’t someone who just meets up with the star before a show, he’ll become involved in that person’s life, and somebody like Crews can benefit from having that level of experience in his corner. He’ll be there to tell him how to look better, how to walk and talk better and how he can change his character to one that doesn’t become stale very quickly.
The biggest disappointment with Crews is that his microphone work isn’t the best, that’s where Heyman enters the picture, and suddenly, Crews is granted a pass where he doesn’t need to talk and can use his skills to his advantage to go over in the best way possible.
This is the one thing the WWE Universe is dreading, splitting up Big Cass and Enzo Amore could have a huge effect on their careers as well as the tag team division as a whole. However, with Big Cass destined for big things in the future, there’s a chance Heyman could be involved in what happens with him.
Big Cass is surprisingly a fantastic worker in the ring for a man of his size, and he can talk and connect with the fans in a unique way as well. There’s nothing wrong with improving something that’s already succeeding unless he’s still with Enzo.
If the WWE decide to split the pair up, then Cass may struggle to get over a little more than Enzo and Heyman can assist with that. Big Cass is swaying towards more of a comedy big man, but he has the tools to be the monster in the company, and Heyman can build him up as one.
This is something that has been rumoured for a while, but whether it can take place remains to be seen. Finn Balor is infamous for dropping hints about what could be coming in the future, including one suggesting at a potential alliance with Heyman.
Fans will call for Balor to jump into any feud that The Club are involved in, however, if he moves up to a different show to his friends, then he may need to think of another way to get over. Not that he won’t, but he needs something different to stand out, and an alliance with Heyman could be the unique twist we need for a Balor call up.
Balor also has weaker microphone skills than others on the roster, and it would be a shame to see him not reach the top simply because of that, especially when he excels in every other area. Balor can learn a lot from Heyman as well, and this alliance could lead to bigger and better things, plus, having The Beast and The Demon in one stable could lead to an intriguing match in the future.
