Tonight's episode of RAW saw WWE go all out to celebrate Independence day in America as we saw a whole host of colourful characters.

The Social Outcasts and Titus O'Neill were amongst the superstars to get decorated in American themed costumes while Old Glory hung high above the ring.

A lot of business achieved

While many people were having fun celebrating and there was even a 16-man elimination tag match as the main event between a team of US superstars and superstars from all around the world, there was still a lot of business to be done tonight.

By far the biggest news to come out of tonight's RAW concerns the fates of both John Cena and AJ Styles.

Styles and Cena clashed at Money in the Bank in the 'dream match' with an unsatisfying ending and it looks like they'll clash again at Battleground.

However their match at Battleground will be unlike anything we saw at Money in the Bank, as it won't just be, one on one.

It all started with Cena and Club firing shots at each other when the Club decided to celebrate it being the 4th of July by beating up John Cena.

Instead of the merciless beatdown they surely envisioned, they were soon facing Big Cass and Enzo Amore who came to Cena's aid.

All six men will now compete in a six man tag team match at Battleground which is surely just a filler match between now and Summer Slam.

Unsettled business

Another match announced for Battleground tonight came from the Women's division.

While the fans wait to see if Sasha Banks will get her long awaited singles match against Charlotte for the Championship, the fate of two other ladies has now been clarified.

Becky Lynch will take on Natalya on July 24th in hat will be their first encounter since Natalya turned on Lynch at Money in the Bank.
