Conor McGregor has today shared what he describes as "the first of a docu-style series" of videos in which he hopes to offer fans a closer look at his day-to-day life.
And, in the first video release in 'The Mac Life' series, the Irishman has chosen to give fans (and future opponents) a glimpse of his boxing credentials.
Indeed, all but the first 20 seconds of the six-minute long feature shows footage from a sparring session McGregor had with former boxing champion Chris van Heerden. Scroll down this article to see what 'The Notorious' has to offer inside the ring.

The footage itself dates back to May 15, and a snippet of the session had actually already come to light last month, with many fight fans criticising the UFC star's style and defence.
This time around, however, fans can see how McGregor stands, and goes on the offensive, against the prolonged challenge of facing a former IBF and IBO World Champion.
Throughout the clip, the Dublin native can be seen landing a few impressive punches whilst also showing the quick feet he has become known for during his time in the MMA octagon.
While, in the text accompanying the video's release on McGregor's official Facebook page, the fighter noted that the training was part of his preparation for the much-anticipated rematch against Nate Diaz at UFC 202, he did also keep hopes alive that a boxing match against Floyd Mayweather could still happen in the future:
"The first video is a highlight of an intense sparring session I had in preparation for Nate Diaz," he wrote, "...and the possible future Floyd MayWeather fight."
After falling out with the UFC over media obligations it is interesting to see McGregor take matters into his own hands to some extent and bring the fans into his world in this documentary series.
Given what we know about his flamboyant lifestyle and intense training regime, it is sure to be a must-watch for any fight fan.
