The Cleveland Browns have the most rigged quarterback battle going on in the country right now.
The Browns say that anyone of Robert Griffin III, Josh McCown, Austin Davis and Cody Kessler could come out of the offseason and preseason schedule as the starter under center for the NFL's most depressed franchise.
However, the Browns seem desperate for Griffin to be the man who comes out of training camp as the starting QB. Speaking recently, NFL analyst Greg Cosell said that RG3 can't play and shouldn't be the starter.

Cosell appeared in an interview with John Hansen of FantasyGuru.com earlier this week and stated that after studying the new head coach's comments in recent weeks, RG3 isn't doing enough to start.
RG3 Can't Play
“Look, we’ve discussed RG3 ad nausem over the last number of years,” Cosell started off as saying.
"It’s fascinating to me, but all of the quotes coming out of Hue Jackson are basically telling you that RG3 can’t play, if you read between the lines."
"Now, they may want him to play, but at the end of the day, when it starts, he’s going to have to be far better than apparently he’s been," he added.
"And I read the quotes by Hue Jackson and I look back at all the notes I took when RG3 played and I feel like I’m reading my notes. Because the eye in the sky doesn’t lie, John. That’s the reality.”
McCown the Starter
According to Cosell, there is no doubt that Josh McCown should be starting on the first day of the season.
“I would argue the best quarterback on their roster right now is Josh McCown. Now, that might not get Cleveland fans excited. But I think he’s the best quarterback on their roster right now.”
McCown actually played well last season. When on the field, he threw three times as many touchdowns as he did interceptions and posted a passer rating of over 90. However, he did miss eight games through injury.
At least they don't have Johnny Manziel to worry about this year.
