Per Dave Meltzer on F4WOnline.com, via NoDQ, the WWE is looking to bring both Jimmy Wang Yang and Curt Hawkins back into the fold.

Both Superstars have been linked to a return on the rumour pages, but to hear Meltzer confirm that the WWE front office is indeed interested suggests they could very well be back on the roster in a matter of weeks.

Wang Yang's name emerged earlier this week when the former Superstar himself posted a photo online in which he claimed to be waiting outside Vince McMahon's office backstage at RAW for a meeting.

Hawkins, meanwhile, has been touted alongside other mid-card talents.

And, while talk of former Tag Team champion Wang Yang has some momentum behind him from WWE fans, Hawkins' name is likely to draw derision from a lot of fans who were hoping for bigger names to be brought in to boost the ranks.

Only time will tell whether either of the stats of the '00s will sign new deals with the WWE, but there isn't long left for the WWE to get their house in order before SmackDown goes lives next month.
