Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated in style as Portugal secured their first major trophy by winning Euro 2016.
It was a remarkable evening for Ronaldo, who had to leave the field of play after just 25 minutes following a hard tackle from France ace Dimitri Payet.
Ronaldo did all he could to continue, but it just wasn't meant to be for the Portugal captain. That didn't stop him taking to the bench, however, and he duly led his team on from the sidelines.

Following the final whistle, a limping Ronaldo was absolutely ecstatic and, understandably, couldn't contain his excitement.
But, before collecting the trophy, he produced one very odd moment with referee Mark Clattenburg.
As the English official went up to collect his medal, Ronaldo opted to grab his face (see the video below).
In all honesty, Clattenburg didn't really know what to make of it, but it's fair to say that he would have probably been on a high after a strong and consistent performance at the Stade de France.
Portugal defied the odds to overcome their opponents, but you have to credit them for their fight and hunger throughout the 120 minutes at the Stade de France.
Following the game, Portugal boss Fernando Santos praised his 'amazing group' of players.
He stated, as per ESPN: "I've always said we're a team. I never hide my thoughts -- I always tell my players what's on my mind.
"I've always told them we've got great talent but we need to fight more than our opponents, run more than them and be more concentrated than them. We have an amazing group. They've always believed what I told them: that we could win this."
