Next week on Monday Night Raw, Shane and Stephanie McMahon will reveal their General Manager choices for both Raw and SmackDown Live, with the siblings acting as commissioners.
To many WWE fans, it’s still a surprise to see Shane on television, considering he lost to The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32, and it seems as if certain members of his family didn’t want him around for this long either.
According to rumours on WrestlingNewsWorld.com, Triple H and Vince McMahon have continued to butt heads regarding the direction they’re going in.

Last month, it was reported that the pressures of the brand split saw tensions raised further between Vince and Triple H.
At that time, Triple H was reportedly pressurising Vince to have Stephanie take control of Raw, which would allow Shane to take control of SmackDown – which is exactly what’s happening right now.
NO STEPH ON THE B-SHOW
However, Vince supposedly preferred it the other way, with Stephanie taking control of SmackDown and Shane taking the reins every Monday, while Triple H and Stephanie tried to ‘no sell’ the idea.
Apparently, Triple H didn’t want his wife on the ‘B show’, and they aren’t happy that Shane is sticking around for longer than expected either.
Many did expect the storyline to conclude with Triple H and Shane battling it out at SummerSlam, or even WrestleMania, but that doesn’t seem to be the case now.
With General Manager’s taking over, there’s a chance we see less of them on television anyway, so perhaps Triple H’s wish may be granted.
