Ryan Giggs might not have played a professional game in more than two years now, but on the evidence of his debut in India's Premier Futsal league the Manchester United legend has still got it.
Joining the likes of Hernan Crespo, Luis Figo and Ronaldinho in the league, as well as Falcao (the legend of the small-sided game, not the Chelsea and United flop), the 42-year-old rolled back the years as he appeared for Mumbai against Chennai on Friday.
As you can see in the impressive video footage below, it wasn't a bad debut for Giggs either. Indeed, just in the footage compiled, the former midfield maestro pulls off a stylish nutmeg, a no-look pass and an assist.

Giggs' own mini highlight reel kicks in at around the 55-second mark of the video below. Although the efforts of the rest of the players involved are so good we'd recommend watching the full clip:
The United legend was always blessed with a beautiful left foot and, although his age doesn't let him get around the pitch as quickly as he did in his playing heyday, he clearly hasn't lost any of the skill that helped him win countless trophies at Old Trafford.
That nutmeg alone is probably worth the fee he is being paid to play in the Premier Futsal league.
With today marking only the first set of matches in the competition, and several more legends still to make their first appearances, there are sure to be plenty more epic moments to come.
Outdoing the former Manchester United assist, though, might prove a tough task to follow.
