Ever since the news broke regarding Roman Reigns’ wellness policy violation, backlash was expected from everyone associated with the wrestling industry.
Brock Lesnar called him unprofessional; he was ribbed on Monday Night Raw this past week with The Rollins Report segment, and there are rumours that Vince McMahon may not give him the push that was originally planned for him.
Despite all of the negativity surrounding Reigns and his direction, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has stated that Reigns is going through a bad time, but he’ll still be a big star.

Speaking with Sports Illustrated’s Extra Mustard, he said: “Every time I talk to him, he seems like a really well-adjusted, very nice gentleman.
“I think he’s got a great look, I think he’s very athletic; I think things will work out for him. It’s just a bad time for him right now, but he’ll be a big star for that company.”
FUTURE OF THE COMPANY
Despite giving his full support to Reigns, he was also supportive of his former partners, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.
He said: “I think all those Shield guys are really talented. Name three guys that made more of an impact that those three guys coming in the door for that company. They’re three huge talents, and three huge talents they’re going to have for another 10 years.”
Reigns faces a tough task of winning over his harshest critics upon his return, so it’ll be interesting to see whether Nash can be proved correct in the long run.
