N'Golo Kante completed a £30 million move to Chelsea from Premier League champions Leicester City on Saturday, and Foxes legend Gary Lineker reacted to the France midfielder's inevitable departure with a big prediction about what possible impact he could have at Stamford Bridge.
The 25-year-old, like Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, have risen from the depths of football to the elite level, while helping Leicester to a shock Premier League title last season. And the midfielder's personal performances had grabbed the attention of some of Europe's elite clubs.
Lineker has been outspoken on Twitter throughout an emotional campaign for the life-long Foxes fan - like promising to present the first episode of the upcoming season's Match of the Day in nothing but his underwear, if Leicester won the title.

But following Kante's departure for Chelsea, Lineker made a bold prediction about what Antonio Conte can achieve in his first season in management in the Premier League, with Kante in his squad.
Writing on his Twitter page, Lineker said: "Inevitably Kanté has gone. Fancy Chelsea will now win the title. He's that good!"
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho was sacked back in December, following an appalling start to the club's title defence, in which they were expected to comfortably defend their title. Instead, the Blues finished 10th - 16 points of the Champions League places.
Change of fortunes
But Lineker believes that the former Leicester man, whose work rate is one of the Frenchman's biggest assets, can change their fortunes next season and take the club all the way.
However, seemingly some of Lineker's followers didn't agree with his prediction for the upcoming season.
It has been a miraculous rise up the football pyramid for Kante, who began his career with Boulogne, before moving on to Caen.
The 25-year-old made 40 appearances for the club, scoring one goal, and his performances had also earned the Foxes a place in the Champions League for the upcoming season. But Lineker will now be worried about the potential for another star-name exit.
Mahrez is reportedly set to snub a new Foxes deal, in order to seek his way out of the King Power Stadium before the start of the season.
