It's been a long month for Roman Reigns, but he finally made his return to a WWE ring during a house show on Friday night.
The former Shield member has been off TV for the past 30 days following his suspension from the company due to breaking the wellness policy with regards to failing a drugs test.
According to reports, the former WWE Champion tested positive for Adderall and was given a 30 day suspension, which raised doubts about his inclusion in the WWE Battleground main event.

However, Reigns will still be part of the triple threat match for the title, alongside his former Shield brothers Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, and he made his long-awaited return during a house show on Friday evening.
You can see his return in the video posted further down this article.
Fans were questioning what impact the suspension would have on Reigns' participation in the main event, but the feud was carried well by both Ambrose and Rollins during the Samoan's absence.
After last being seen at Money In The Bank, Reigns made his return whilst Rollins was cutting a promo, and the former champ wasted little time getting his hands on his former Shield teammate, as seen in the video below.
Reigns was quick to hit Rollins with a superman punch, before spearing him and forcing him out of the ring.
Despite making his return, Reigns was once again met with quite a mixed reception, but it turned to cheers once he was met in the ring by 'his brother' Ambrose.
The three former Shield members will go at it at WWE Battleground for Ambrose's title, and Reigns will be hoping this is the start of a new chapter for him following his suspension.
