It might have only been for two minutes, but Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green got a taste of what life will be like at the Golden State Warriors next season in a Team USA jersey.
The Americans made light work of Argentina in Las Vegas as they ran out comfortable 111-74 winners and the new Warriors trio took the floor together for the very first time.
Durant led the team's scoring with 23 points and often shared the floor with Green operating as an undersized center. Thompson took up his residency at the two-spot to complete the groundbreaking preview, but the threesome didn't even notice.

"When you're out there right now, you don't even think about the fact that we're teammates," Green said. "We're all teammates right now. Honestly, if you want me to be quite frank with you, I didn't even notice me, Klay and KD were out there together."
The newest member of the Golden State Warriors, Durant, shared a similar opinion to that of Green.
"I didn't really notice. I was just lost in the game," Durant said. "We didn't really talk about it."
Although they might not have noticed, the Argentinians definitely did. Green set a screen for KD freeing him to nail a three-pointer, and gave him a low-five after the perfect execution of a two-man game that could well become a valuable part of the Warriors' assault.
Another point of link up seen in the two-minute spell in the fourth quarter saw Green set Durant up for two more three-pointers and Durant return the favour to Green for a bomb from deep in a span of four possessions.
That's what you call taking over, and you can bet there is plenty more where that came from.
