WWE Battleground saw the return of Randy Orton return to the ring for the first time in nine months. At the pay-per-view during The Highlight Reel segment with Chris Jericho, Orton promoted his upcoming SummerSlam match against Brock Lesnar, making some witty comments about his opponent.
As you may know, The Beast has been charged with doping by the UFC, and this was the source for The Viper's comments as he said it might take twenty suplexes to go to Suplex City, but: “it only takes one RKO to get to Viperville – no enhancement required.”
Because Orton has been in the wrestling business for many years now and the fact he is a well-respected character as well, he is given freedom to say what he likes in his promos, so long as he gets the key message across to the audience that the WWE want him to provide.

Many therefore thought this was an unscripted line by the 12-time world champion. However, according to reports, that doesn't appear to be the case.
Wrestlezone have said: "The latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio discussed Randy Orton’s WWE Battleground comments about Brock Lesnar, and Dave Meltzer did note (heard around the 13 minute mark) that Orton’s comments were actually scripted and planned ahead of time and he did not ‘wing it’."
To be fair, the fact the line 'it only takes one RKO to get to Viperville' sounds so corny, you can almost tell it was something that the WWE Creative wants to try and make the fans chant in this feud. I don't know about you, but Viperville certainly isn't catching on with me.
