The life of Roman Reigns has been one of the more complex in WWE for as long as many people can remember.
It's hard to believe that there was a time following the collapse of the Shield where the fans were behind Reigns.
Reigns on his way back?
Reigns has found a lot of success in the past year and with that has come a lot of resentment from the WWE Universe.

However last week he lost in the RAW main event to Finn Balor and officially dropped out of the main event picture - for Summer Slam at least.
So that left us all wondering just where Reigns will fit in the new RAW dynamic and as it turns out, he could have now turned his attentions to another title.
Mark Henry made his return to RAW tonight and challenged Rusev for the United States Championship, a match he would go on to lose.
This would start Rusev on a long rant about his current run of form in WWE before Reigns would enter the arena.
Reigns firstly wouldn't allow Rusev out of the ring and eventually the two came to blows with Reigns getting the better of him,
The whole segment would end with Reigns holding the US Championship belt and while it looks like Reigns has moved on from the main event picture, it also seems that the fans have moved on from their hatred of him.
An interesting reaction
Reigns was greeted with cheers when he came out against Rusev and that is arguably the first time it has happened for well over a year.
There were even some fans chanting 'Roman, Roman' during his face off with Rusev which will surely make the WWE feel like they have done right by The Guy.
It could be completely possible that in one night, Reigns has rehabilitated his image with the crowd, although that could just be a bigger testament to the success of Rusev as a heel.
