Nigel Pearson warned his side that rival League One teams view Leicester as a 'big scalp' following the 1-0 win against Hartlepool

In the run up to the game Hartlepool manager Danny Wilson described the visit to the Walkers stadium as 'Hartlepool's cup final.'

The Leicester boss said: "A lot of sides who come here will regard this as a big game for them with us being a big scalp. But we should regard that as a compliment."

Pearson voiced his concerns after Hartlepool had dug deep to restrict the Foxes to a narrow victory, with Matt Oakley on target just three minutes in.
