Six other matches have been confirmed for the card. Gegard Mousasi will be taking on Vitor Belfort on the second biggest fight on the card, while Ovince Saint Preux will look to bounce back from his loss to Jon Jones by facing off against Jimi Manuwa, an exciting Brit.
There are two other British fighters on the card, as Brad Pickett will go up against Iuri Alcantara and Davey Grant faces Damian Stasiak at the Manchester Arena.
Unfortunately for the English fans in attendance at the event, and those watching at home, will have to stay up very late to take in all the action.
With the UFC obviously trying to target the American pay-per-view, they have decided that the main card will start at 3am UK time, meaning that Bisping and Henderson will not take to the octagon until around 4:30 in the morning.
Let's hope the arena stocks up on energy drink. Still, even with the crazy start times, the atmosphere should be incredible for the British public to greet their first ever UFC champion.
