It must be pretty boring for injured WWE superstars to have to watch a Monday Night Raw or a SmackDown LIVE from home.

However, Big E seemingly kept himself entertained during last night's show by doing running commentary on his official Twitter account.

One-third of The New Day is currently sidelined with an injury after being the subject of an attack from SummerSlam opponents Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Following the attack a few weeks ago, WWE issued an injury update on Big E, and they revealed that he suffered a contusion to the sensitive area.

Big E was slammed into the ring post by Gallows and Anderson, and hasn't been seen on TV since. His injury means his Tag Team titles will be defended by his partners Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods this Sunday at SummerSlam.

Despite not being at Raw and not being able to compete, Big E has found a new way of keeping himself entertained and that is by commentating on the show on Twitter.

During the three-hour show, Big E tweeted 14 times, with every single one of them being worth their weight in gold. Tag Team gold if you were.

It's clear to see that he has found a new way of passing the time before returning to the squared circle, but as he's the muscle of The New Day, both Kingston and Woods will want him to return sooner rather than later.

The WWE Universe were clearly loving Big E's contributions during the three-hour spectacle, as each and every one he sent out received hundreds of re-tweets and favourites.
