Daniel Bryan was asked who he'd take from his rival show.

Daniel Bryan wants to take Sami Zayn from Monday Night Raw

In the aftermath of the WWE Draft, there has been plenty of rumours and speculation of how officials behind the scenes aren't best pleased with the decisions made.

It was first reported that people wanted to take Kevin Owens from Monday Night Raw, and put him on SmackDown LIVE, whilst making Randy Orton go in the opposite direction.

However, since then, reports have come out claiming that Cesaro could be the guy who makes a brand change, moving from Mick Foley's Raw to Daniel Bryan's SmackDown LIVE.

As of yet, there has been no further talk regarding potential changes in the roster, nor have the WWE officially spoken about any possible changes, but in a recent interview, Bryan was asked about the roster and what he makes of it.

Speaking about Monday Night Raw and SmackDown LIVE, the blue brand's general manager was asked who he'd like to take from the Monday night show and have on Tuesday instead.

Bryan was being interviewed by FOX Sports, and he was asked the intriguing question about who he'd take from Raw.

Surprisingly, he didn't pick one of the top dogs. He ignored Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, and instead, he named Sami Zayn as the one he'd take.

However, Bryan started off by saying if he was asked this question three weeks ago, he wouldn't have picked Zayn, but instead he would have picked Cesaro.

Bryan changed his mind though because of the Swiss Superman's recent push on Raw alongside Sheamus, who are set for a best of seven series.

Talking about Cesaro and Zayn, Bryan said: “So, if you would have asked me three weeks ago I would have said Cesaro, but he’s actually got some really great opportunities on Raw the last couple weeks, this past Monday he had two matches including being in the main event on Raw, so I hope that leads to him getting a larger role.

"But, because of that, now I would say Sami Zayn. I mean Sami Zayn just had this incredible match with Kevin Owens that he won at Battleground, and fans really like him and he wasn’t even on Raw on Monday.

"We could really use somebody like that on SmackDown.”
