It is fair to say that Sergio Aguero's night didn't get off to the best start as Manchester City took on Steaua Bucharest in the first leg of their Champions League qualifying matchup.
The Argentinian striker managed to miss not one, but two penalties inside the first 30 minutes in Romania and was subsequently mocked mercilessly by social media.
However, it was Aguero who had the last laugh on Tuesday evening as he finished with a hattrick in City's emphatic 5-0 win over Steaua. His second goal of the game, though, will be the one that has fans of the Manchester club purring.

Adding to his own 41st-minute strike as well as goals from David Silva and Nolito, Aguero put City 4-0 up in the 78th minute with a smart right-footed finish that wrong-footed the opposition 'keeper.
It was the slick passing move in the build-up to the goal that was the real talking point, however. Simply put, it looked very Barcelona-esque. Check it out below...
A passing move that began on the left-hand side and involved Fernandinho, Nolito, Sagna, De Bruyne, Nolito again, and, finally, Aguero meant Bucharest simply couldn't get near City as they put an exclamation point on their win.
Admittedly, the Romanian side's ropey defence didn't put up the toughest of tests on the night. Nevertheless, with Pep Guardiola only a couple of competitive games into his time as Man City manager, fans at the Etihad will be delighted to see his tiki-taka style football already in full swing.
Aguero wasn't done there however and, in the final few minutes, the striker capped a memorable night with a hattrick goal. Again, it was another slick City attack before a typically clinical finish.
