Bury boss Alan Knill has boosted his attacking options after securing the services of Oldham striker Chris O'Grady on a month's loan.

The 22-year-old began his career with Leicester before loan spells at Notts County and Rushden & Diamonds.

O'Grady left the Walkers Stadium in January 2007 for Rotherham where he scored 15 goals in 56 appearances which prompted a move to Oldham.

The powerful striker, who has made 12 appearances for the Latics in League One this season but is yet to find the net, goes straight into the Shakers squad for their match against Dagenham.
