The latest edition of NBA 2k17 is almost here. As we get closer to the new installment of the famous gaming franchise, more and more about the game is being released.

Recently 2k showcased a new teaser that showed the intricate details they have gone to in making the 2017 edition the best ever.

As technology continues to advance, the graphics improve, and watching the teaser you could be forgiven for thinking it was real life.

It doesn't give much away about the gameplay, but finer details such as better graphics on the mascots, interval entertainment and crowd should make for a much more immersive experience.

Played over the top of Imagine Dragons' "Friction", the clip shows the players jostling for court position by using their elbows and fighting over loose balls. We also get a glimpse of Pau Gasol in San Antonio black and Kevin Durant in Golden State white.

WATCH IT HERE.

Animations include D'Angelo Russell pointing to the ice in his veins, Draymond Green clapping in his enthusiastic style and LeBron James dusting off his shoulders.

The game is released on September 16 and features Paul George as the cover star. Many player ratings will be coming out over the next few days after Ronnie 2k's recent tweet.
